Gaps in Services Subcommittee

We are an inter-agency group of professionals from across the EUP who meet monthly to improve youth mental health services in our communities.  

Belief Statement: We have a core belief that mental health services are an essential piece of overall health care.  A full continuum of integrated health services including mental health care first starts with access.  

To achieve this, we need to:

• Recruit and maintain excellent mental health professionals.

• Develop comprehensive treatment options including a child psychiatrist and an integrated continuum of supports (inpatient, residential, and outpatient) for all ages.

• Support inter-agency collaboration and communication to enhance the effectiveness of our current resources.
