Bus Driver
Application Process
The process to become a substitute bus driver is as follows:
- Complete the EUP Employment Application
- Complete the fingerprinting process
- Return paperwork
Once you have been notified of acceptance, you will need to begin the Bus Driver Training process.
Fingerprinting Process
- Complete the EUPISD LiveScan Fingerprint Background Check Request (Please contact HR for the form)
- Go to website: IdentoGO to schedule an appointment for fingerprinting
- Take these items to your scheduled appointment:
- Your completed EUPISD Live Scan Fingerprint Background Check Request form
- Your valid driver's license
Return Paperwork
Once you have completed the IdentoGO fingerprinting appointment, return the completed and signed EUPISD LiveScan Fingerprint Background Check Request form and Michigan Waiver form to HR at the EUPISD.

Complete the following forms and return them to the transportation supervisor in your district, or mail them to:
