Q1 - Equipment
Posted by: RFP Evaluation TeamQuestion: Does the equipment need to be bid separately at a 1-time cost or can it be defined as service inclusive, if equipment is identified?
Answer: The RFP states that if the respondent responds as a segment-by-segment response, the equipment must be bid separately as an NRC with manufacturer maintenance as the only MRC (if any). If priced as a service, the equipment must be included in the service price.

Q2: Circuit / Port Bandwidth

Answer: The bandwidth for the for the segment-by-segment response if defined as port and circuit pricing. The service response is defined as a 10-gig port interface for each end and 10-gig circuit capacity between each end of a circuit ( where the circuit is defined as the LSSU location and each other service point listed in Attachment A).
