Ms. Sabrina Neveu

Early Childhood Parent Educator

As an early childhood parent educator, Sabrina is a certified Parents as Teachers educator and works directly with families in a home visit format. The Parents as Teachers program recognizes parents as a child's first and most influential teacher. The Parents as Teachers program works to inform, support and encourage families with children ages 0-5 to develop, learn and grow to learn their full potential and prepares children to succeed in life and in school. This program is designed for families with children from birth to age five, who are not currently participating in Early Head Start, Head Start, Preschool, Kindergarten or Early On services. Home visits include information about child development, positive parenting, screenings, and assistance with identifying local resources. Services are provided in rural areas of Chippewa and Mackinac counties and all of Luce County. Services are provided at no cost to participating families, funded by a grant from the Michigan Department of Education. To learn more or to refer a family visit www.eupkids.com.
