Shared Services Help Desk Coordinator
Barton coordinates the technology helpdesk support for the EUPISD and its constituent districts, with an eye towards continuously improving customer service. He is knowledgeable at problem-analysis with respect to system hardware and application issues, and provides assistance to end users with various software, website, and technology hardware and peripherals using remote technologies.
Barton monitors the Help Desk email account - helpdesk at eupschools.org, as well as the support requests in our ticketing system, to ensure appropriate prioritization and timeliness of problem-resolution. He has the lead role in onboarding new technicians and you will often find him partnering up with technicians as they visit schools in our region.
