Ms. Jennifer Randazzo

School Social Worker

Jen provides positive behavioral interventions and support for students eligible for special education services. Jen assists students with developing age appropriate social behavior skills, coping and problem-solving skills, and positive peer-to-peer interactions to help students be successful in the school setting.  As a school social worker, Jen provides consultation and collaboration with teachers and other school staff as well as community providers and resources. Jen also participates in program development, crisis interventions, and coordination of school services.

Jen’s background includes working with Community Mental Health (CMH) as a case manager for Intellectually and Developmentally Delayed (I/DD) children and adults for over 5 years. Additionally, Jen was a contracted on-call crisis worker for more than 2 years with the CMH during this time. She also interned with the CLMCAA: Head Start Program for one year where she developed much of her knowledge of early childhood development. This background experience allowed Jen to address a wide array of challenges children and families face, including crisis management skills.
