Ms. Ruthanne Stark

Special Education Supervisor

As a special education supervisor, Ruthanne provides support to local districts in developing and implementing special education supports and services. Ruthanne works with school teams and families to develop personal and academic goals to help support students’ access and progress in the curriculum. Ruthanne is a member of the Curriculum Access Team (CAT) and helps to deliver professional development for special educators in the region.

Ruthanne has worked with students of all ages, as a special education early childhood service provider, K-5 resource room teacher, 6-8 middle school resource room teacher, 6-8 co-taught English teacher, fifth grade teacher, kindergarten teacher, and special education teacher consultant for alternative high school and GED.

Ruthanne has experience implementing PBIS in the classroom and assisting teams in the implementation of school-wide PBIS.  Ruthanne also serves as the liaison for the EUPISD Parent Advisory Committee (PAC).
