Ms. Lindsay Brindley
Continuous Improvement Facilitator, Secondary Language Arts Consultant
As a continuous improvement facilitator locally and at the state level, Lindsay supports districts as they establish practical processes for systems improvement; this commitment closely relates to her instructional consulting position in language arts through which she works to increase viable curriculum, high-quality instruction, and effective assessment practices throughout the region.
Lindsay has taught at the elementary, secondary, and university levels and has coordinated professional learning at the local, regional, and state level for over fifteen years. She continues to enhance her learning with certifications in Blueprint Facilitation, Adaptive Schools, Cognitive Coaching, Reading Apprenticeship, and Leading for Literacy as well as membership in a variety of professional organizations, including as an executive member of the Michigan Continuous Improvement Facilitators’ Network (MCIFN) and a collaborating member of the General Education Leadership Network 6-12 Disciplinary Literacy Taskforce.
