    Grow It, Try It, Like It  is an experiential, evidence based curriculum that provides nutrition education for children ages 3-5 years old. Through the activities, the child uses all five senses as the Nutrition Facilitator introduces a new fruit or vegetable. Children learn how fruit and veggies grow and about the importance of eating healthy. Each set of lessons helps children to connect healthy food choices at the table with the farm, orchard, or garden. The Nutrition Facilitator models free or low-cost physical activities and discusses the importance of nutrition and physical activity together.
