    Meeting Milestones Schedule:
     
    *You must have a minimum of 3 Coordinated School Health Team meetings this year, but are welcome to have as many more as are needed.
     
    *Meetings should last 1.5-2 hours each (or you could do six 45 minute-1hr meetings) 
     
    *You should strive to have an Administrator, Board Member, and parents on the team.  The team should NOT just be PE and Health teachers.   See "What IS a CSHT? link to the left for more information.

    *November/December 2013 Meeting
     
     
    -The team should focus on how to support the implementation of the program, and working towards the school adopting Physical Activity and Nutrition Policies (see the Model Policies link to the left).
     
    -Meeting Notes and Sign-in Sheets should be sent to the Project Coordinator, Heather Mitchell, hmitchell@eup.k12.mi.us 632-3373 ext. 133.  Heather will keep the file of meeting notes and sign in sheets for the Project Director, Lisa Jo Gagliardi, to review and provide feedback on, if needed.
